🍜 No more boo-boos! 😋
In the fiercely competitive Chiba Station area, this popular G-line-inspired store has a reputation. At first glance, it’s hard to say without going to the five original stores, but it’s said that it’s from the famous Sekinai Jiro, so it makes sense from external sources. So, in order to verify its flavor, I visited for the first time. If you’re from Sekinai, you might think of it as a brothless dish, but first I ordered a regular ramen. It’s a spirit-type method where they line up behind the counter, but even for first-timers, there’s a very easy-to-understand guide, so if you watch the person in front of you carefully, you shouldn’t have any trouble. As a popular store, there’s a considerable line, but thanks to the systematized and stable operation, the turnover is very fast, and yet they take care of the seating arrangements. That’s the kind of bowl you get from this shop. The visual impact of the heavily emulsified soup is impressive. Speaking of the soup, it’s a powerful design that firmly envelops the sharp Kaeshi with a rich pork flavor. The noodles are slightly thin and have a strong consistency due to the hard boiling. They’re also quite chewy and the type you can eat with a lot of gusto. The pork has melted fat and is a divine pork specification with a flaky body. I’m still inexperienced with both direct and inspired dishes, but I think the finish was quite superb. Including the service, this is a quality that makes it understandable why there’s a line.
