Kuriyama 🍜: The Original Taste that Started My Ramen Obsession 😋
I wasn’t planning on eating here twice in a row, but here I am, back for more of Kuriyama’s incredible ramen! 🍜 This time, I ordered the Chuka Soba, which is what I had on my very first visit. It’s a bit richer and more visually appealing than it used to be, but the flavors are still just as mind-blowing as I remember. The pork and fish broth is perfectly balanced, not too thick or too thin. The noodles are smooth and chewy, and the toppings (chashu, menma, nori, and egg) are all top-notch. I’ve been eating ramen with a more critical eye lately, but Kuriyama’s still one of my favorites. It’s a reminder that sometimes, the simplest dishes can be the most satisfying. 😋
